On today’s date at approx. 0803 hours, a subject entered the Walgreens store located at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd.  He walked directly to the pharmacist counter and placed a black, semi-automatic handgun on the counter along with a demand note.  The note demanded Buprenorphine, which is  an opioid used to treat opioid addiction and pain. Our patrol officers investigated thirteen vandalisms/auto burglaries that occurred last night between 10pm and 6am this morning. The majority of the criminal activity occurred in neighborhoods west of San Ramon Valley Blvd., between Pine Valley Rd and Bollinger Canyon Rd.
