On today’s date at approx. 0803 hours, a subject entered the Walgreens store located at 21001 San Ramon Valley Blvd. He walked directly to the pharmacist counter and placed a black, semi-automatic handgun on the counter along with a demand note. The note demanded Buprenorphine, which is an opioid used to treat opioid addiction and pain.
The total take was several bottles of Buprenorphine, valued at over $300.00.
The suspect was described as a white male adult, 5’07”-5’08”, 20-30 years old, weighing 190-200 pounds. He was wearing a grey beanie, dark sweatshirt, black pants, and white shoes. He was also wearing a blue surgical mask which covered the majority of his face. The suspect exited the store and fled on foot. The subject is seen in the attached photos, which are of poor quality.
