Darnell – We post the names of those arrested (as required by law) in the arrest log we have available for viewing in the front lobby of our police station. This log is available for 30 days. After the 30 day mark, the arrest becomes a part of the person’s “criminal history” and is no longer public information. By not including the names in our Weekly Arrest Log, we are able to keep these logs online and available for viewing past the 30 day mark.
If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
