Below you will find a brief summary of the arrests made by Officers from the San Ramon Police Department between Monday, March 13, 2017 and Sunday March 19, 2017.
Monday, March 13, 2017
-During the evening, a 35-year-old male was arrested for public intoxication to the point he was unable to care for himself.
Friday, March 17, 2017
-During the early morning, a 19-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. His passenger, a 20-year-old male was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
-During the evening, an 18-year-old male was arrested on an out of county warrant after being contacted by San Ramon Police.
-Late in the evening, a 41-year-old female was arrested for a DUI warrant.
-Late in the evening, a 29 year old male was arrested for public intoxication and a probation violation.
-During the night, a 58-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence.
Saturday, March 18, 2017
-During the night, a 35-year-old male was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and violating his probation.
Sunday, March 19, 2017
-During the morning, a 34-year-old female was arrested on an out of county warrant.
-During the morning, a 35-year-old male was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance and violating his probation terms.

St. Patrick’s Day tends to bring our the DUIs…its unfortunately but still a reality. Especially on the weekends, our Officers spend a lot of their time keeping the streets safe and getting drivers who are under the influence off the roads is a big part of their work. -Lt. Denton Carlson

not to minimize the seriousness of DUI, but 4 were on Friday St, Patrick’s day and only 2 more across the other 6 days of the week. Let’s keep watching though!

You’re right Xeno…the DUIs always spike on “Drinking Holiday” nights. Alcohol leads to poor decision making and driving while under the influence doesn’t follow far behind. -Lt. Denton Carlson
